These books are focused on the areas of recognition of numerals 0 - 10, rote counting to 10, and counting groups.

The programs are used primarily during whole class focus, and also during independent maths time.

What can you see? Numerals in the community

This program was developed after taking students on a walk around our local area. The students discovered all the numbers in the photos. Parents are commenting that their children are now calling out numerals they see in the community.

I recommend this as an activity that students do regularly. Our students have astounded us with their responses.
