Leave Your Mark on Our Indigenous Garden and Yarning Circle.

Be part of a unique project that showcases Wadawurrung country with a personalized plaque in our school's Indigenous Garden and Yarning Circle.

This unique space will serve as a teaching and learning focal point for our students, acknowledging the traditional owners and showcasing the region's diverse flora.

 

Limited-edition plaques:

* Only 241 available, each with a 22-character limit. The plaques will be affixed to one of the posts encircling the garden.

* $50 donation, with all proceeds directly funding the project.

* Each purchase includes a certificate of appreciation. Ideal as a gift, for individuals, groups, families or businesses.

 

The Indigenous garden will feature:

* Four distinct sections showcasing the rich biodiversity of the Wadawurrung land, as well as an indigenous orchard and vegetable garden and an Outback section.

* An interactive element allowing students to learn about plants using QR codes and iPads.

* A central Yarning Circle and fire pit for cultural learning and connection.

* Overlooking the garden will be a metal sculpture of Bunjil, the creator deity of the Wadawurrung people.
